Bernd Zech – Founder, Project Strategist, Problem Solver
Bernd Zech was himself a manager with leadership responsibility for many years. He has spent over 25 years leading and support complex technical projects – from nuclear energy and pharmaceutical R&D to international infrastructure.
What sets him apart is his structured, clear approach, his ability to quickly identify bottlenecks and root causes – and his drive to get projects back on track.
As a consultant and interim project lead, Bernd is called in when stakes are high, complexity is rising, or momentum is lost. His solutions are never theoretical – they are practical, effective, and tailored to real-world conditions.
He is co-author of the book “So You Think You Can Manage”, which summarizes the principles of effective project leadership. His core belief: Only those who’ve managed projects themselves can help others do it better.
